How Dagny learns

  • Tell it.“Teach Dagny a fact” works in any chat: your hours, your tone, a supplier quirk.
  • Hand it files. Editors can drop documents for Dagny to keep, price lists, policies, the deck you always reference.
  • It picks things up. As you work together, Dagny quietly remembers what matters. You never have to manage that, but nothing is hidden either.

Good to know

Knowledge holds three things. Files is every document in the workspace, the ones Dagny made and the ones your team uploaded. Rules is where you set standing instructions for how Dagny behaves — and where the rules it picks up from your conversations land, labeled so you can see which is which and remove any of them. Design system keeps your brand's look, the colors, type, and logos it read off your site.

The memory itself, the facts and notes linked into a little map of your business, builds in the background. You never have to tend it, but you can read and prune all of it from Settings.

It's workspace-wide: a fact taught in Slack helps the next person asking on the web. Adding to it is for editors and owners; everyone can ask Dagny what it knows.
