An insurance broker's year runs on renewal dates. Each renewal means a review with the client, offers from the insurers and a clear summary. Between renewals come claims questions and requests for new cover.

Dagny reads the renewal dates from your CRM, such as Attio or Airtable. A set number of weeks before each date, it drafts an email to the client. The email asks what changed this year: new vehicles, new staff or new premises.

When you start to offer a new line, such as cyber or fleet cover, Dagny makes a page for it. It also writes a Mailchimp email to the clients you pick. The page and the email describe the cover and leave the advice to you.
