A consultancy sells time and judgement. The best days go to client work. Proposals, case write-ups and meeting prep pile up at night.
Dagny takes that desk work off your evenings. It drafts in your voice and waits for your yes before a client sees a word.
A proposal can sit with a client for weeks while they think it over. Dagny keeps a list of the proposals you sent from Gmail or Outlook. After the number of days you choose, it writes a short follow-up that names the scope you offered. Dagny sends it once you approve.
Before a workshop or a board meeting, you need the history fresh. Dagny reads the email thread and the calendar entry. It writes a one-page brief with what you offered, what the client asked and what is still open. The brief waits in your inbox the evening before.
A finished project is the best proof you have. Send Dagny the end report or a few notes. It writes a case page with the problem, the approach and the result. Check first that the client agrees to the use of its name.
Repeat work often comes from clients who already know you. Dagny looks through your email and your CRM, such as Attio or Airtable, for clients whose last project ended six months ago or more. It writes a short, personal note to each one for you to approve.
On Monday morning, Dagny sums up the weeks ahead. It lists open proposals from your CRM, the client days in Google Calendar and the invoices paid in Stripe. You see at a glance if next month needs more sales work.
Dagny counts the open proposals, the signed engagements and the client days in your calendar for next month. It also lists consulting invoices that are still unpaid in Stripe. You choose which consulting proposals get a follow-up.
Send Dagny your notes from a discovery meeting. Dagny drafts a proposal with the client's problem, the scope, the phases and the team. You set the consulting fee and approve the proposal.
Tell Dagny about advice you give clients again and again, such as how to plan a reorganisation. Dagny turns that advice into a short article for your website. You edit the advice article and approve it.
Dagny collects the week's progress from your notes and your project channel in Slack. It drafts a short status email to the client sponsor with progress, risks and next steps. You approve the status email before it goes to the sponsor.
After a client workshop, Dagny drafts the minutes with the decisions and the actions. Each action names an owner and a date. You check the minutes before they go to the workshop group.

The review: The client liked the strategy workshop but felt the final report came a week late.
Thank you for the honest review of our workshop days. You are right that the workshop report came later than we promised. Next time we will agree on the report date before the workshop ends.
January
Each council must adopt next year's budget before New Year. In January, Dagny drafts a note to each public client with the services that fit the new budget year. You pick the public clients and approve each note.
June
By law, employees can ask for 18 workdays of main holiday between 1 June and 30 September. In early June, Dagny lists the proposals that need a client decision before the break. It drafts a follow-up for each open proposal.
August
Arendalsuka, Norway's democracy festival, takes place in week 33 each year. Before the festival, Dagny drafts meeting requests to the public clients you want to see in Arendal. Afterwards, it writes a thank-you note with the points you discussed.
October
The Government presents its state budget proposal at the start of October, and Stortinget adopts the budget in December. Dagny drafts a note to public-sector clients that links the budget news to the projects you run for them.
Then gets on with it, where you already are.

Tell Dagny once what it may do on its own and what needs your OK. Routine work runs. Anything new waits for you.

New to AI? Start here.
Much new work comes through past clients, former colleagues and their referrals. Keep in touch between projects, and publish case pages with results. Dagny writes both, and you approve each one.
A page for each service, client cases with results, consultant profiles and the sectors you know. Add a simple way to book a first meeting. Dagny makes these pages and updates them when your work changes.
Yes. Dagny reads the emails and calendar entries about the client and writes a short brief. The brief covers your offer, the client's questions and the points still open.
The easiest way is to hand the everyday admin to an AI that already knows the business. For consultants, Dagny answers new enquiries, follows up quotes and keeps the website current, in Slack, iMessage, WhatsApp or email. Tell it "We have room for two more clients in Q1." and it comes back with a LinkedIn post, an email to the eight who asked about a workshop and two drafts to review by Friday.
The work that repeats every week for consultants: replies to enquiries, quote follow-ups, review requests, the Monday numbers, your Google profile and your website. And the prep: ask "Can you prep me for the Lie Logistikk pitch tomorrow?" and Dagny writes a brief with what was agreed and what is still open. Anything you ask for twice can be saved as an automation.
Consultants start free with $100 in credits and no credit card. Starter is $20 a month and Human in the loop is $750 a month. No contract, cancel any time.
No. Dagny connects to the tools consultants already use, like Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Business Profile, Excel and Stripe, and works in the channels you are already in. Nothing to migrate, and you choose what Dagny can see.
No. Dagny drafts, you approve, Dagny sends. Ask "Can you add the Hansen Transport case to the site? The summary is in the folder." and Dagny replies "Here is the site with the new case. Go live with it?" Nothing goes live until you say yes.
