A beauty salon sells treatments that clients book again and again: facials, brows, lashes, nails and hair removal. Each treatment has its own prep, its own aftercare and its own rebook time. Clients ask about all of it by message.
Dagny answers those messages in your words. It drafts, you approve, and then it sends.
A peel or a brow tint goes better when the client comes ready. When a new client books by email, Dagny sends your own prep text. It uses only the words you wrote and adds nothing of its own. You approve the template once.
Gel nails and lash extensions need a refill every few weeks. Dagny finds these clients in your email and your customer list. At the interval you set for each treatment, it writes a short rebook note. You approve the list first.
Clients ask which facial fits their skin, or they send a photo of their skin. Dagny does not give skin advice. It replies with your treatment menu and offers a skin consultation with you. A qualified therapist answers the hard questions in person.
Gift cards for a facial or a spa day are a classic present before Mother's Day and Christmas. Three weeks before, Dagny writes a Google post and an email to your clients. It also updates the gift card page on your website. You check the words, and Dagny publishes them.
A course of six peels shows its result at the end, not after the first visit. Dagny writes the review request after the last session in the course. When the review arrives, it writes a reply that thanks the client by name. You approve both texts.
Hi Sara, thank you for your facial on Wednesday. We hope your skin feels calm and fresh. If you have a minute, a short Google review helps others find our salon. Here is the link.
The review: The client liked the facial but felt rushed at the end because the next client waited.
Thank you for the kind words about the facial, and sorry about the rushed end. You should have time to relax after a treatment. We now leave a longer gap between facials, and we hope to see you again.
Dagny counts last week's treatments, no-shows and empty slots in each room. It lists the lash and gel nail clients who are due for a refill. You choose who gets a refill note.
Dagny lists this week's first-time clients for peels, brow tints and lash lifts. Each client gets your own peel or tint prep text as a draft. You approve the prep drafts before Dagny sends them.
If your salon asks for a patch test before a first brow or lash tint, Dagny writes the reminder. Each new client gets your rule and a time for the patch test. You approve the list.
Pick one treatment, such as a deep-clean facial or a brow lamination. Dagny writes a Google post about what it includes, with a photo of the treatment room. You approve the treatment post before it goes live.
Dagny finds the clients who are halfway through a course of peels or LED sessions. Each one gets a short check-in with your aftercare text. You read each course check-in and send it.
February
Three weeks before Mother's Day, the second Sunday in February, Dagny writes a post and an email about facial and manicure gift cards. You approve both.
Spring
Many parishes hold confirmations in spring, so Dagny writes a post about light make-up and nails for the day. The post shows the free treatment times in the week before.
June and August
June and August are the top months for weddings in Norway. In early spring, Dagny updates your bridal page with the trial make-up, nails and lashes. It drafts replies to brides for you to approve.
November
Black Friday comes at the end of November and starts the Christmas gift season. Dagny writes a post about gift cards for facials and nails and updates your gift card page. You decide if a treatment package gets an offer.
December
Company julebord parties fall in the weeks around Christmas. Dagny writes a post about party make-up, gel nails and lash lifts, with your late hours.
Then gets on with it, where you already are.

New to AI? Start here.
Keep the treatment menu clear, show your qualifications and bring regulars back on time. Dagny writes rebook notes, Google posts and review requests. No text reaches a client before you say yes.
Dagny does not give skin or health advice. It replies with your treatment menu and offers a consultation with a therapist. You or your team give the advice in person.
A treatment menu with time and content, your qualifications, prep and aftercare pages, gift cards and photos of the rooms. When you add a treatment, Dagny adds it to the menu page for you to approve.
The easiest way is to hand the everyday admin to an AI that already knows the business. For beauty salons, Dagny answers new enquiries, follows up quotes and keeps the website current, in Slack, iMessage, WhatsApp or email. Tell it "We have gaps in the week before Easter." and it comes back with a Google post, an email to the customers who booked before Easter last year and two drafts to review by Friday.
The work that repeats every week for beauty salons: replies to enquiries, quote follow-ups, review requests, the Monday numbers, your Google profile and your website. And the prep: ask "Can you prep me for the meeting with Solberg tomorrow?" and Dagny writes a brief with what was agreed and what is still open. Anything you ask for twice can be saved as an automation.
Beauty salons start free with $100 in credits and no credit card. Starter is $20 a month and Human in the loop is $750 a month. No contract, cancel any time.
No. Dagny connects to the tools beauty salons already use, like Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Business Profile, Excel and Stripe, and works in the channels you are already in. Nothing to migrate, and you choose what Dagny can see.
No. Dagny drafts, you approve, Dagny sends. Ask "Can you add lash lift to the site? 890 for a session." and Dagny replies "Here is the site with the new treatment. Go live with it?" Nothing goes live until you say yes.
