Dagny is operated by Agencies AS (Norway). This page explains what we collect and why. Plain English.
What we collect
- Email address. Used to sign you in and send build notifications.
- Business details you give us. Name, address, services, goals, website, social links. Needed to build your site.
- Enrichment data. Publicly available information we fetch from your website, Google Business, Norwegian Brreg, and similar sources, to fill gaps.
- Payment details. Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- Build, host, and maintain your website.
- Send you transactional emails about your account (sign-in links, build status, billing).
- Improve Dagny in aggregate, never tied to your identity.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except the processors needed to run the service (Supabase for storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic and Google for the AI that writes your site).
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time. Email hello@bydagny.com. We respond within a week.
